Nick Wooten founded the firm in 1998. Since his admittance to the bar, Nick has championed the rights of the injured and victims of corporate wrongdoing in the State and Federal Courts of Alabama. Nick is licensed in Alabama and in the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama. Nick is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association and an endowment member of the NRA.
